Expansion and renovation of an existing wastewater treatment facility including the demolition of the existing facility equipment, construction of a new pre-engineered building, and the supply and installation of new equipment. Also included track crossing in 3 locations with buried piping and concrete.

• Significant delay of a major piece of equipment due to manufacturer.
• Majority of work had to be completed during the coldest part of the year in Saskatchewan.
