Construction of a new search and rescue station for the Canadian Coast Guard. The station is a combination of modular aluminum pre-engineered building, EPS panels and wood frame construction. By using modular components, the station could be moved to a different location if necessary, as the land is leased from the City. The station is adjacent to the sea walk and includes a workshop, storage, change rooms and allows for proximity to the Coast Guard’s vessels.
