Nova Lands Pump Station

The Westhills Nova Pump Station is a completely new station built in the Westhills Neighbourhood of Langford, BC on Vancouver Island. The pump station will connect to existing supply and distribution mains next to the two reservoir tanks.
Scope Items
- Complete post disaster building with separate electrical and pump room.
- All 304L stainless steel process piping to existing ductile iron pipe away from the building footprint.
- Connections to existing ductile iron water distribution and supply piping connections.
- Building foundation and structure.
- Pumps, motors, VFDs, valves, surge tank, transducers, flow meter and appurtenances for a complete operational system.
- All mechanical heating, fans, and dehumidification equipment.
- All electrical, controls (for process and mechanical equipment), starters, instrumentation for a complete operational system.
- Generator, structural pad, posilock connection and transfer switch.
- All storm, building and perimeter drains including manholes and sumps.
- All water piping related to the pump station function, valves, and connection to existing supply and distribution mains.
