Additional Scope Items

  • Supply and installation of materials, including all labour, equipment, plant, and tools related to construction of Lookout Reservoir No.
  • Construction of a new 22 m diameter circular concrete reservoir.
  • Installation of two new water mains (one inlet and one outlet) from the new reservoir to/from the existing valve chamber.
  • Modifications to the existing valve chamber to accommodate the new reservoir and associated piping.
  • Installation of overflow piping, drain piping, drainage piping, leak detection piping, and associated appurtenances.
  • New outlet and headwall for drainage.
  • Modifications to the electrical kiosk to accommodate new instrumentation equipment.

Building the Future with Expertise & Innovation

The work requires to build a new 22 m diameter concrete reservoir adjacent to the existing Lookout Reservoir, herein referred to as Lookout Reservoir No. 1. The location of the reservoir is within the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructures road right-of-way for Cypress Bowl Road. Modifications to the existing valve chamber and electrical equipment is required, in order to accommodate the new reservoir.
