Retrofit of the common areas of living unit including the installation of new furniture, remodeling of the kitchenette, installation of washers and dryers, installation of new detention grade shower gates, and installation of new detention grade exterior doors.
Retrofit of recreational yards including remodeling and installation of new furniture, installation of new exercise equipment, and installation of new basketball nets.
Note: Industra met the challenge of completing the work before the Nov 1, 2019 deadline set by Correctional Service of Canada (CSC). Industra was the only contractor to complete on time.
Photos also include separate project at Kent to upgrade the exhaust and ventilation system.

- Extensive outside yard fencing removal and reinstallation.
- Furniture installation in the living unit classrooms.
- Installation of two non-contact interview enclosures.
