Additional Scope Items

  • A new two-level pump station building complete with four (4) high flow horizontal split case pumps, five (5) low flow pumps, overhead crane system, MCC room, multipurpose room, HVAC system, and bathrooms.
  • A new Primary Electrical Feed consisting of
    • New PMT (For Jericho PS only)
    • 1000kW diesel standby generator
    • Duct banks for the main power and the emergency power to the Electrical Room
  • Connections and tie-ins of water, sewer, and drainage piping on the site.
  • Site finishing including paving, grading, yard piping, drainage, landscaping, and access roads.
  • Supply and installation of electrical and instrumentation works.

Building the Future with Expertise & Innovation

The work requires to build a new 22 m diameter concrete reservoir adjacent to the existing Lookout Reservoir, herein referred to as Lookout Reservoir No. 1. The location of the reservoir is within the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructures road right-of-way for Cypress Bowl Road. Modifications to the existing valve chamber and electrical equipment is required, in order to accommodate the new reservoir.
