  • Construction of a new underground electrical room with a rooftop genset.
  • Design and installation of shoring and dewatering for excavations.
  • Supply and installation of electrical and instrumentation components including genset, variable frequency drives, area control panel, lighting control panel, and instruments.
  • Supply and installation of mechanical and HVAC components.
  • Supply, installation and operation of an underground precast concrete bypass chamber, including the electrical, and mechanical equipment.
  • Supply and installation of new FRP integrated pump station and valve chamber.
  • Seismic retrofit improvements of existing concrete wet-well.
  • Improvements to the Site including landscaping.

Building the Future with Expertise & Innovation

The work includes upgrading of Gallagher Place and Kensington Crescent wastewater pump stations, complete with long term temporary bypass systems, prefabricated FRP/fiberglass pump and valve chambers with submersible wastewater pumps, valves and piping, connection manholes, new electrical room, electrical, instrumentation and communication control systems, 600V power supply with standby power facilities.
