Construction of a new wastewater lift station and forcemain at 34th Street / Patricia Avenue, including a wet well and dry well configuration with three duty pumps. The work includes secant pile shoring, deep excavation, reinforced concrete substructure, masonry superstructure, and full integration of process mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and PLC/SCADA systems.
The project also includes installation of large-diameter forcemain and gravity sewers, temporary dewatering systems, and full civil site works, all executed within a constrained footprint and complex below-grade conditions.
