The Kin Beach Pump Station project involved the construction of a new pump station and associated intake, conveyance, and site infrastructure works. The scope included installation of a client-supplied header, approximately 800 m of 900 mm HDPE intake piping with intake screen, and construction of a 900 sq. ft. pump station complete with pumps, mechanical, electrical, and servicing systems. Additional works comprised site grading, retaining walls, and landscaping; installation of approximately 465 m of 600 mm diameter ductile iron pipe and 550 m of 500 mm HDPE pipe; construction of a 325 m³ concrete balance tank with associated appurtenances and electrical systems; approximately 200 m of gravel access road construction; and installation of approximately 90 m of stormwater culvert with associated ditching.
