Construction of a new wastewater pump station at the intersection of Holdom Avenue and Kingsland Drive, including installation of a prefabricated wet well, utility tie-ins, and a new building superstructure with full process, mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

The project included deep excavation, dewatering, installation of a large-diameter FRP wet well structure, and integration of pumping, odour control, and methane dispersion systems. The scope also included HVAC systems, building construction, testing, commissioning, and full system handover.

Execution required careful coordination of temporary works, excavation support, and integration of multiple disciplines within a constrained urban environment.
