Long-duration, staged infrastructure project involving the expansion of the Alcona water system through the construction of a new treated water reservoir and booster pumping station (BPS). The work includes large-scale excavation and earthworks, construction of reinforced concrete reservoir structures, installation of high-capacity watermains and valve chambers, and integration of process mechanical, electrical, and chlorination systems.

The project also involves disinfection and commissioning of new and existing infrastructure, temporary works and system tie-ins, and full site restoration including environmental controls and landscaping. Execution was carried out in multiple phases to accommodate permitting requirements, property constraints, and coordination with existing municipal water services.
